Directed company technical presence at all demonstrations of interactive television including trade shows, keynotes, pre-sales and in-house. Planned and implemented new Customer Visit Center showroom including full network operations center. Assisted customers in staging and deployment of digital and analog enhanced TV systems. Worked with developers to produce demo content including interactive game shows, video on demand, and other uses of convergence technology. Managed headend and server systems for global customer and partner demo connectivity.
