Q1: At the bottom of all the pages, I see an error message that says I don't have JavaScript enabled... so what?
A1: This web site makes extensive use of JavaScript to control the navigation of the web site. Although nothing tragic will result if you don't have
JavaScript enabled, you won't be able to see the "nifty" headers... navigation will still be
provided as text links.
Q2: How reliable are the material in the "Web Development" section?
A2: I have every effort to make sure the material I provide throughout my web site is
accurate. Since I'm the sole editor of the material within my website, I am able to review
everything... but, I'm only one man, and humans can make mistakes. For content within my
"Web Development" section, I also try to provide hyperlinks to sites where additional
information may be found, thereby encouraging you to check my sources.
The Triumvirate: The Web's Hub version 0.3 was compiled with a record one-member staff under the
direction of John G. Wang... that's me. By the way, my last name is pronounced "wong."
This web site uses the Verdana font, size 2 (10pt) as the primary font. Arial, size 2 is the
backup font. The watermark seal on every page is a symbol of three... thus creating a
triumvirate, or union of three. As you may have noticed, there are three main sections (Personal,
Web Development, and Virtual Aid) and three support sections (Site Information, Feedback, and
What's New).
This site makes extensive use of JavaScript to lay out the navigational controls, and although
I know there's a lot of criticism regarding JavaScript, it helps reduce the maintenance required
to keep the pages up-to-date. Therefore, you should see more timely updates to important
information. Since technology moves so rapidly, I won't necessaryily be the best source
for the latest innovations, but I will make every effort to make sure the information is reliable
and include hyperlinks to assure the accuracy of the material.
