Totoro is one of my stuffed animals. Well, the other stuffed animals are all Totoros, too. The difference is that they're generally too big for me to bring with me on trips. This particular Totoro has been on many trips, including Waterton/Glacier National Park, the Oregon Coast, and some other random places. He gets pissed off when I don't bring him, like when we went to Scotland without him, and then it rains on us all through the trip, so nowadays, I don't leave on a long trip without him.
Totoro just became a minister of the Universal Life Church. Look at his fancy certificate!
