I have over 16 years of experience in developing and managing software projects from concept to deployment. My expertise is centered around building client-server enterprise applications. I have managed small size engineering teams, including off-shore team members.
My most recent role is being the Director of Software Architecture in a RFID company. My primary's role is to oversee all product designs and development processes, and manage project/product life cycle and team members' day-to-day tasks. I am also responsible for hiring and retaining employees.
My primary interest is to develop quality software. I am process and goal oriented with a focus in making decisions that are in the best interest of the company.
